Ice Cream for Breakfast?

Is alright. Just ask Karlie who is currently downing Ben and Jerry's as fast as her over-sized spoon will allow. In other news, I think I got plenty of sleep last night (Twelve and a half is enough, yes?) but I have a reason. My sinuses are at it again. With a sore throat, sinus headache, and drainage of course I was ready for bed at 8 last night. Ohhh the loveliness that is my bed. Today is the trivia thing with Chermom so I have to, as always, power through being sick. I don't believe in down time just because you are sick. You'll get over it eventually. So I'm off to play some trivia and watch Hugh Laurie on SNL. Oh and see Sarah, my friend who is home from college! Yay! Best sick day ever.

All work and no fun...

So today was a normal Wednesday. There were a few points that made me happy. In music appreciation Mrs. A said she liked my review of a violinist and that it was written like a true journalist! Ahhh! Journalism was fun like always and I found out on Saturday I am going to participate in a trivia challenge with some teachers. I'm pretty excited about that and the fact Hugh Laurie is going to be on SNL on Saturday night. It's going to be a great night. After school I headed to work and cleaned out the misc. room. Talk about crazy chaos clutter... wow it took awhile to tackle but I managed. Now for a night of Hamlet, econ, and House!

Intro

In thinking it would be interesting to watch how my life changes and be able to remember what I do each day, today I am starting a blog! My life is sometimes not interesting at all but sometimes it is, here goes...

After a four day weekend today couldn't have been better. Oh wait, yes it could. While the actual school day was decent, after school finishing the newspaper could have gone better. Just when we thought we were finished we discovered about 60 copies had somehow double printed. So after another half hour we had all the copies back and we finished up quickly. Fast forward five minutes-Brittany, Jordan, and I are in the office when I discover 12 copies had the back page printed blank... OH COME ON! After a quick recount we also discovered we were thirty copies short, however that happened. A little after six we finally got all the problems worked out and I got to go home. Thank goodness! As much as I love yearbook and newspaper life, it sure does stress me out!
